Since they don't know her real name, they call her Vesna (Spring). Unexpectedly, the professor's real daughter, the attractive Janja, shows up on a date. Samo and Vesna fall in love and the story begins to unfold rapidly. Samo invites Vesna (Janja) for a ride in a glider. They have to make an emergency landing. She scolds him and he reveals the truth that they drew lots for Vesna. Because of this, Vesna wants to kill herself. She jumps with a parachute, hoping it won't open.
